He broad based the matured practices of HCL in other geographies. At Precision he oversees the business development function of the IoT business unit and the Biometric business unit in specific verticals.
An Alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Kolkata, Arasu V R is a management professional turned Entrepreneur having more than 30 years of diverse experience in SCM, IT consulting and sales, NBFC, Real Estate, Media funding, commercial film production and sports franchise.
He started his career with Asian Paints and later worked with Global leaders like SAP and Intel before founding companies for investors. He has been playing an advisory role for Precision for more than a decade and is presently associated with Precision as Chief Strategy Officer.
Balaji Santhanam, a Cost & Management Accountant by profession, has over 28 years of experience having worked with leading audit firm M/s Suresh and Balaji, SICGIL India Ltd, and Saksons’ (Liberia) Inc. He is associated with the Precision Group since 2001. He currently heads the Commercial and Operations functions at Precision.
An Engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and MDP from XLRI, he has 3 decades of rich experience as Head of Sales and Global Alliances in organizations like HCL Infosystems and Intellect Design Arena Ltd. His areas of expertise include, Sales in System Integration, Core banking, Core Insurance, Transaction Banking, Treasury & Risk Management, Insurance Products, HRMS, Retail and Biometric solutions for BFSI. He was instrumental in pioneering the Financial Inclusion, CTS and ATM penetration in the country. He will be driving the InnaIT Key Business in the BFSI segment for Precision Biometric.

Has 30 years of experience in the HR & Admin functions of various organizations including ITI Financial Services Ltd., TATA Finance Ltd., Pennar Paterson Securities Ltd etc. Has been with Precision since 2013 and is managing the HR & Administrative functions of the organization.
A Management degree holder from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Kannan has over 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the ICT industry. He has had rewarding careers in large MNCs like DELL & Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Kannan’s association with Precision commenced in the year 2002 wherein he donned the role of Branch Manager of the company’s Bengaluru branch. Currently, as Vice President, Kannan heads the Cloud practice.
An Engineering Graduate with over 32 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Projects Planning, Distribution Channel Management etc.; has held leadership roles with P&L responsibilities at the Murugappa Group in India & China and later with the Safal Group in Africa. Joined the Precision Group in 2019 and currently spearheads the Biometric Business.
A Science graduate and Master Degree holder in Computer Applications, started his career with SSI Ltd as Support Executive in 1997 and later moved on to work with Pacific Blue Technologies and DCS BPO. He is associated with Precision Group since February 2007. With a good blend of skills, he suitably manages Service Delivery, Quality Process and Techno commercial operations of Precision.
A technology executive with more than three decades of experience in IT Infrastructure Solutions and Services delivery. Has held senior management positions and played various business-critical roles in diverse technology products & solutions domains, across industry verticals. Has diverse working experience in varied result-oriented IT roles during his career. Highly capable of influencing C-suite with objective recommendations and informed decision making. He is associated with the Precision Group since 2009 and manages Services.
An Electrical Engineer from REC Trichy, Ravi has 15 years of experience in engineering electrical and distributed process control systems for Siemens India & Germany. After a brief PM stint at HCL Technologies Chennai, he moved to Sydney, Australia and worked there for 12 years. He held software development, technical project management and systems integration roles during that period. Ravi spearheads the Software Research & Development practice at Precision Group.
An IT Professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure & Operations, Information Security, Presales, Technology Consulting, Project Management. Started his career as a Field Engineer; he has performed various operational and leadership roles in the IT infrastructure management areas. Presently responsible for Cloud Services at Precision.
Started his career with a Diploma in Computer Technology, went on to become a Bachelor of Computer Applications, got certified in Red Hat Enterprise, Novell Linux Administration & as a VMware Certified Professional and as an AWS Certified Architect - Professional. He joined as a Trainee Engineer with Precision and has grown with the organization. He is currently designated Chief Technology Officer and is also managing the Technology Presales. He has travelled to Western Countries and Middle East and has implemented the latest technology at several customer sites.
A post graduate diploma holder in Marketing, started his career with Modistone Ltd in 1988 and later on worked with Goodyear India Ltd. His association with Precision began in the year 1999 as Manager – Sales. He is presently the President – Sales and oversees Sales across all business units at Precision.

Started his career as business associate for HCL in 1992, he got certified in all the IT infrastructure products of HP and IBM. Joined Precision in 2005 and is currently driving the Systems Integration business.
A commerce graduate and ICWA Inter, Sundararaj is a seasoned IT/management professional with 30+ years’ experience overall – 10+ years in Finance & Costing & 20 + years (15+ years in management) of Information Technology, having expertise in large scale enterprise solution implementations (ERP),leadership, client relationship, people management, strategy, vendor relationship and P&L management. Also specializes in process improvement, Business Process Management (BPM) and provides Virtual CIO services for SME Segment Customers. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Sivakumar is a business leader with three decades of experience in setting up Profitable businesses & driving Operational Excellence. He has worked at CXO Level positions, across functions like Product Management, Marketing, Sales/Business Development, Business Management, etc., in Organizations like HCL, Redington, Acer India, Toshiba India, CL Educate Ltd., & K7 Computing, before joining Precision.
